A real estate business, initially founded in Gweru, underwent various transitions over the years. In 1987, operations shifted to Marondera after the Gweru branch was sold. Subsequently, the company operated in Hilton, KZN, South Africa, until 2020, when it resumed operations in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. The principal, is associated with the Estate Agents Institute, and the family company, Burwill Safaris, handles compensation funds. The company has extensive experience in Zimbabwe and South Africa, beginning his career over three decades ago, after completing education and articles. It has been involved in various ventures, including construction and lodge development in and out of Zimbabwe. Since returning to Zimbabwe in 2020, the estate agency has re-established. The company now leads a team in Victoria Falls, focusing on professionalism and ethical conduct. Our involvement in community organizations and boards underscore commitment to the region's development. The team in Victoria Falls has expanded, comprising registered agents and negotiators, with affiliations with other agencies. They are dedicated to assisting clients in finding suitable properties or investment opportunities.

![Victoria Falls (Lozi: Mosi-oa-Tunya, "The Smoke That Thunders"; Tonga: Shungu Namutitima, "Boiling Water") is a waterfall on the Zambezi River in southern Africa, which provides habitat for several unique speDavid Livingstone, the Scottish missionary and explorer, is the first European recorded to have viewed the falls on 16 November 1855, from what is now known as Livingstone Island, one of two land masses in the middle of the river, immediately upstream from the falls near the Zambian shore.[2] Livingstone named his sighting in honour of Queen Victoria, but the Sotho language name, Mosi-oa-Tunya—"The Smoke That Thunders"—continues in common usage. The World Heritage List officially recognises both names.[3] Livingstone also cited an older name, Seongo or Chongwe, which means "The Place of the Rainbow", as a result of the constant spray.
