The role of the bond originator is to assist with the procurement of a bond on your behalf. We will act as an intermediary between you and the banks, assisting with compilation of the required paperwork, and submission of the loan application to the relevant facilities.
Commercial Valuation
Commercial Property Valuation provides a comprehensive examination of principles and methods to determine an accurate value of commercial assets. This invaluable resource covers all key elements of commercial property valuation, including valuation queries, real estate report structure, market analysis, capitalisation, and more.
Property Auctioning
Our auctions are conducted by registered Auctioneers, who are deemed to be the agent of the seller until the hammer falls and he/she announces the completion of the sale in favour of the highest bidder.
Rental or Lease Valuation
Rentable square meterage combines the usable square meterage with the common areas tenants benefit from, such as stairwells and elevators. Using this methodology, we can extrapolate the cost per rentable square metre, compare it with the average lease cost per square metre, and make an evaluation of the building’s value. This will ultimately will present a fair rental for commercial and some residential premises.
